We provide training and coaching to overcome your plateaus, lose body fat or train for your sports. Our philosophy is to support and challenge you every step of the way.

Weight Loss for Kids/Teens Program

  • Childhood obesity negatively affects a child’s physical and mental health.
  • There is a direct correlation between physical inactivity and weight gain. Children who participate in weight loss program experience greater loss of body fat and increased cardiovascular fitness.
  • Weight loss in obese children substantially reduces the health risks during adulthood.

Weight Loss for Adults Program

  • Weight loss in individuals who are overweight or obese can reduce health risks, increase fitness, and delay the onset of diabetes.

Sports Injury Rehab/Therapeutic Exercises

  • An exclusive in-house sports rehabilitation studio to cater for common sports injuries and enable sport players to be back to game without the fear of injury.

  • I get asked this question oftentimes
  • Is Fitness The Most Important Trait A Sport Player Requires?
  • My explanation is: ABSOLUTELY yes. Let me explain in pointers.
  • Skills of sports are known to be harnessed and developed as the years go by, but fitness is required to complement the skills that a person has for him or her to SUCCEED.
  • For a sport player to consistently perform during the event, FITNESS is very important as a sport player with poor fitness will get tired a lot faster.
  • A tired sport player will not be as sharp as he is when he is fresh and to retain freshness levels for a longer period of time a SPORT PLAYER HAS TO BE FIT.
  • Fitness is an important trait that sport player requires and therefore a sport player has to workout constantly on developing 100% FITNESS.
  • There is no doubt about the importance of fitness in a sport player, without the much needed fitness a sport player cannot give WINNING results continuously.
